Production Process

Base material pre-treatment:

Perform surface activation treatment on the PP base film to enhance the bonding strength between the ink and the base film, preventing the ink layer from peeling off during injection at high temperatures.

Multi-color intaglio offset printing:

Print multiple layers of ink sequentially, make color pre-compensation for large-area high-saturation patterns to offset the color deviation caused by injection at high temperatures.

Curing and solidification treatment:

Enter the curing process after printing to allow the ink to fully solidify, avoiding potential ink migration issues in the later use.

Quality inspection:

Visual inspection of the roll material throughout the process, screening out defects such as pinholes, dirt spots, and printing deviations.

Rolling / Cutting processing:

Cut into specified width rolls according to customer requirements; or complete irregular-shaped cutting according to the water kettle label contour to output single-piece finished products.
